Emergency Response Team - ERT
Every week at CT, God is hard at work winning the lost and building up the Body of Christ. But all of that depends on CT being a safe and secure environment. This is something that most of us don’t think about on a day to day basis, but is critically important. This is the focus of the emergency response team, a group trained medical personnel. They think about safety so that the rest of us don’t have to. If you are dependable and medically trained (First Aid, CPR, etc), then this role is for you!
Arrive 30 minutes before CT begins and checks in with Safety Team. Gets radio and returns it 15-30 minutes after CT.

Greeter
Greeters are the face of Dwell Community Church at CT. Did you know that at any given CT meeting there are an average of 4 first time visitors? CT greeters make that all important first impression, and set the tone for everyone walking in the door. It can be intimidating walking into a meeting as a visitor, but a smiling face and a warm welcome make it that much easier for folks to come in and hear about Christ, maybe for the first time!
Arrive 30 minutes before CT. Check in at Next Steps booth.

Microphone
One of the most common reactions we hear from visitors is astonishment that we open the floor for Q&A and prayer. This unique tradition creates an environment of participation, rational thinking and a pursuit of truth. It takes a team of volunteers with awareness and sensitivity to make this possible. You can help create the special atmosphere at CT by serving as microphone volunteer. We believe that the Spirit Himself sometimes moves individuals to speak in order to build up everyone in the room, and it’s fun to play a part in making that possible.
Arrive 20 minutes before the start of the CT. Get your microphone from the sound booth.

If you like the sound of hanging around for hours with some good friends, sampling meat, having some laughs and some good conversation, all the while contributing to people coming to know Christ, this ministry is for you!

Snack Bar - Pre-CT Snack Bar Service
At first glance, doing something like running the snack bar might not seem like work that makes a direct spiritual impact, but just the opposite is true. When you join in with this team, you’re helping to create the atmosphere of hospitality that permeates the entire meeting. Think about this: when guests come to investigate spiritual things, you may well be their first impression of Christ!

Waffles - Clean Up
Waffles are provided for free to all attendees at our Central Teaching. They are a self serve station but need a volunteer to set it up and clean up afterward. Waffles are an easy food addition to our CT that helps those folks who really need a bit of food to pay attention and have a well rounded experience. It is a quirky and memorable thing that not only makes CT fun, but also provides an occasion for families to hang out longer for fellowship, and to learn about the things of God. But we need hardworking and friendly volunteers to make sure that this service is easy and dependable. Consider helping out!
12:30PM-1:15PM
Unplug all waffle makers. Clean the waffle makers using the waffle brushes in the cabinets. Wash the waffle dispenser, waffle forks, metal sheet pans, and the syrup containers. Put away all waffle supplies/makers in the correctly labelled areas.
