Student Ministry Pool Parties See Over 1000 Attend
In the past two weeks, the middle school and high school ministries enjoyed a pool party and Zoombezi Bay night respectively. The middle school pool party saw 266 students and over 20 guests. They enjoyed a day at the pool, cotton candy, snow cones and a short teaching from Brad DuFault.
Over 750 students attended the Zoombezi Bay event, with nearly 250 guests. Each home church had their own teaching and some groups saw their meeting double or triple in size. Pictured above is Hale home church, with 72 students who atteneded that night.
Please pray with us that many of these students would return to learn more about God and study his word.

Community Festival Volunteers Needed
Our favorite fall tradition is back on Saturday, September 27th from 4:00 to 10:00 pm at Main Campus! Come enjoy all the things you know and love—live music (including a roaming brass band, Peregrine Quartet and the Drowsy Lads), kids games, a petting zoo, bounce houses, lots of food, and the energy of our whole community gathered together.
To make this event happen, we need volunteers! All volunteer shifts are 2 hours and volunteers receive a free drink coupon. Most shifts are 2-4 pm, 4-6 pm, 6-8 pm, and 8-10 pm. Sign up with your home church, friends, or family. This is a great opporutnity to see the Body of Christ in action!

HEART is a 7-week workshop for women who have had their lives affected by abortion. We are here to help women work through the guilt, shame, grief and secrecy surrounding abortion in a confidential, caring atmosphere. Each week walks through specific steps of forgiveness, emotional healing and restoration using the Bible, with thought-provoking exercises and prayer. Groups are small and reservations are necessary.
The next workshop will begin Saturday, September 20th (9am-1pm) and then meet Weds evenings (9/24, 10/1, 10/8, 10/15, 10/29 and 11/5).
Contact heartministryinfo@gmail.com to inquire about the next group or for more information. All contact is confidential and discreet. You can also find more information and a testimonial video below.

Lessons on Faith from Moses and Joshua
A devotional from Chris Risley
How should we respond when God calls on us to take on more? How should we respond when God calls on us off pass on responsibilities to other people? Chris Risley explains how Moses & Joshua, although called to different tasks, were both incredibly faithful to God.
