Screen Time Refresh

This 15-day devotional is designed to be used after 2 cell group studies that include some initial goals. The daily devotional includes points from Scripture on God’s design for humans, recent research on habit formation, and areas of our lives that are impacted by or can replace screens. The goal is to help you recognize changes God is calling on you to make, as well as pacing the changes so that they are more likely to become relatively permanent. Both the Bible and scientific research show us that change does not work the way we think it does – it is both easier (in terms of how small the steps can be) and harder (in terms of how long it might take you to see a difference.) In exploring some of these facets we hope to encourage you in your journey to establishing new habits of connecting with God and connecting with other people.
